Compensation:
$67k-73k plus $5k bonus!
Hybrid Schedule - 2 days a week hybrid

The Substance Use Disorder Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing supervision and guidance to a team of substance use disorder professionals, case managers, and peers. The supervisor will ensure that the team adheres to best practices and maintains a high standard of care in providing services to clients with substance use disorders in the NorthStar Opiate Treatment Program.

Responsibilities:
Individual Supervision:
- Conduct regular individual supervision sessions with each member of the clinical team.
Group Supervision:
- Conduct group supervision sessions to facilitate case consultations, peer support, and ongoing professional development through virtual meetings / in person.
Documentation Review:
- Review and evaluate client treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation for compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.
Chart Reviews:
- Conduct periodic chart reviews to ensure compliance with documentation standards, clinical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Training and Development:
- Stay updated on the latest developments, research, and best practices related to the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) criteria through learning opportunities.
WAC Education:
- Stay informed about relevant Washington Administrative Codes (WAC) related to substance use disorder treatment and licensure.
Program Support:
- Collaborate with the program director and other key staff to develop and implement program policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Active Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in human services or related field.
- Meet the requirements for an approved clinical supervisor according to WAC 246-811-049.
- Strong understanding of documentation requirements and substance use disorder regulations.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health field.
