About the Organization and Position
Lead a transformational program serving youth in residential care.
We’re seeking a Residential Program Director to oversee operations and clinical programming at a therapeutic group home for boys with significant behavioral health needs. This is a hands-on leadership role in a mission-driven nonprofit that’s been supporting youth and families across Northeast Florida for over 36 years.

Core Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership for daily campus operations, staffing, and resident care
- Supervise clinicians and case managers to ensure high-quality therapeutic delivery
- Oversee admissions, treatment coordination, and compliance with licensing standards
- Lead weekly team meetings and multidisciplinary case reviews
- Facilitate staff training, performance development, and documentation quality control
- Build strong relationships with external stakeholders and community partners
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- 3+ years experience working with children/adolescents with significant emotional needs
- Knowledge of evidence-based, trauma-informed care practices
- Prior supervisory or program leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational leadership skills
- Successful Level 2 background screen and drug test required
