We’re seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our large, well-resourced clinic where collaboration, patient-centered care, and community are top priorities.

Compensation & Perks

  • $136,000–$163,000 annual salary (DOE)

Your Role

  • Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan (avg. 18–20 patients/day)
  • Perform physical exams, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests in accordance with state and IHS guidelines
  • Offer preventive care, chronic disease management, and health education
  • Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and collaborate with the care team and community resources
  • Foster trust and communication with patients and families in a culturally competent way

What You’ll Need

  • BSN and Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Current and unrestricted California NP license, DEA, and prescriptive authority
  • Commitment to health equity and serving tribal communities
