About the Role

As a Child & Adolescent Clinician, you will work within a Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program, delivering short-term, intensive therapy and wraparound services to children and youth (ages 6–21) and their families. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about serving diverse, underserved populations and making a tangible difference in their local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based models (CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, Narrative, Structural, etc.)
  • Lead the creation and implementation of individualized service plans (ISPs) based on client strengths and needs
  • Coordinate with schools, probation, child welfare, and other partners to ensure integrated care
  • Provide case management and crisis intervention as needed
  • Support and empower families through advocacy, skill-building, and connection to resources
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
  • Active registration with the California BBS as an AMFT, ASW, or APCC (Supervision provided!)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required
  • 1–2 years of experience working with youth in school, outpatient, or community settings
